Solution: Make sure you are using original game and not skidrow crack.

PESEdit patches are always all-in-one. Otherwise we would refer that it is not so.

Delete unnamed_75.bin in PES 2013\kitserver13\pesedit\img\dt04.img.

Open the PESEdit selector and use the default switch, using the online switch removes Bayern Munich & Schalke from the Bundesliga league.
"How to remove the soundtrack to have Konamis original soundtrack again?"
Delete dt02.img in img folder and delete songs.txt.
"PES 2013 crashes in Master League and Become A Legend"
Switch to Master League Switch and download latest patch.
"I have standard logos and blue kits but the team names are correct."
Make sure the patch is installed in the game folder. The kitserver is not attached to pes2013.exe. Start manager.exe in kitserver13 folder as admin, choose pes2013.exe and click 'attach'.
"I can't select Bundesliga teams in UEFA Champions League"
This is a weird problem. You can select them in Bundesliga.
"I have black boots in Master League and Become a Legend"
This is the fault of Konami who added the boot boosting and so also the black boots.

PES 2013 DVD Read Problem
Possible Solution: There are some things that could be wrong with game DVD problems, you should try following solutions:
- When inserting the game disc in ROM drive, hold down the Left Shift key, it will come up the AutoPlay Splash Scree.

admin juga dulu begitu, klo pas ML suka crash, itu berarti file dt07.img yang error, setelah download filenya dari link di atas yg direct link via gamegozar, sekarang dah ga pernah crash lagi alias lancar jaya.

its ok if u dont have file unnamed_1977.img, for crashed pes 2013 its importan to change your file dt07.img at folder \KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\img\ and dont forget to download crack and file dt07.img via direct link at the posting.

Thanks for the help MaOnE Van Cobain, after installing pesedit patch 2.2 I got it working and played about a dozen games and now after obtaining boot it started doing it all over again, after loading a save it crashes at the calender. Any suggestions? Should I do a Clean install?
try to replace file dt07.img, download link is available on the posting, and reinstall the patch, delete folder kitserver13 before you install the patch, and remember you must run as administrator to install the patch and play the game
Thanks bro, I already tried that. I followed the instructions exactly on this page, at the end I installed pesedit 2.2 patch and it's run with admin and xp compatibility (read that on other forum). About ready to give up! Also is it normal to for every one to have black boots in Bal mode?

PES bisa terinstall dgn baik dan bisa dijalankan standar. tp setelah di patch 3.0 ngga bisa lagi. dan stlh kitserver saya hapus. dia mau main lagi. tp tetep aja standar..
sy ulangi lg, sy patch lg. keluar pesedit, saya jalankan lwt pesedit yg baru terinstal bisa. tp setelah sy close. ngga bisa lg
coba di dettach dulu file pes2013.exe nya lalu di attach lagi dengan mengklik file manager.exe, pastikan pada saat instalasi patch semua folder KONAMI , Pes 2013 dan semua folder di dalamya dalam keadaan attributenya TIDAK dicentang Read Only
