after launching, go to customise>profile>load squads and select the db you downloaded.

Hey! Just a question: does it mean that I have no choice of playing career mode without those free agents? (the legends)
I’m quite afraid to download the latest versions, because for me it would not be fun to play in 2019 against Maldini or stuff like that…
