Download PES 2021 T99 Patch v4.0 All In One Season 2023/2024 For PC
FEATURES :

HOW TO INSTALL :
Before installing, delete the old patch first
Make sure you have deleted the option file and the old patch database file from cider (.bin) or cpk
Can use datapack DLC 1-7 or not
Click 2x “t99_2021_v4_setup.exe” and enter the password to continue the install process
Choose the install location correctly
After the install process is complete, don’t forget to regenerate DpFileList.bin

This is just a patch database, mods are not included in it
Support steam and copy games
The efootball 2023 Live Update is only a reference for updating player transfers and formations, the overall rating will not be exactly the same because the player rating system is very different from PES 2021
This patch is a new version, stand alone, and not an update of another patch
Made especially for those who like to tinker with mods, for novice users if they are confused about how to install mods, they can ask questions first to the PES group on Facebook.
For mod kits packs, accessories, stadiums and others, you can use mods that you already have
Formation or game plan updates are adjusted to the team’s last condition when playing in their respective league before the live update date
For ML, BAL or other competitions, you must start fresh
Don’t look for lost players because they were deliberately deleted, players will return if they have rejoined the club in the t99 patch according to the efootball live update
