TRANSFERS
Greatly improved transfer logic, nationality-driven and based on real-life data for unmatched realism: English players mostly stay in England, no European players in the Argentinian league, etc.

Increased frequency of transfers, especially loan deals. Even smaller clubs actively try to improve their squads.

Transfer values have been rebalanced to better match transfermarkt.com: older players are much cheaper, while young talents with potential are far more expensive.

AI clubs now ask for sell-on clauses much more frequently, especially for young and talented players.

Players in La Liga almost always have a release clause in their contracts.

If transfer negotiations fail, you can try again the next day instead of waiting a full week.

SALARIES
Player wages for all clubs in every competition have been adjusted to realistic levels. Saudi clubs, in particular, now pay very high salaries.

FINANCES
Clubs carry less budget into the new season, creating a more realistic career experience.

Prize money has been updated across all competitions. Champions League participation is now more lucrative, and newly promoted teams receive budgets comparable to their competitors.

OTHER
CPU vs CPU match simulations are now based on team quality rather than EA’s artificial factors like “domestic prestige”. This creates much more dynamic leagues, where promoted teams can establish themselves as permanent top-tier clubs.

Older players’ OVR still decreases, but in a realistic way — they remain useful well into their careers (e.g., Luka Modrić).

Fitness and sharpness between User and CPU are now equalized, removing the unrealistic advantage over the AI.

National tournaments are played in real stadiums:
WC 2026: USA (Atlanta, New York, Seattle)
EC 2028: ENG/SCO (London, Glasgow, Manchester)
WC 2030: SPA/POR (Madrid, Lisboa, Bilbao)
EC 2032: ITA/TUR (Turin, Istanbul, Udine)
WC 2034: KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah)
EC 2036: NED (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven)
WC 2038: ARG (Buenos Aires, Avellaneda)

Many smaller tweaks across the board to make Career Mode more realistic!
