Compatible with the latest updates from Konami.

Ok, I did not realize a simple fix for the online servers would mean Konami breaking everything. This is annoying.
I will try to fix it. The game has only been out 2 weeks and we have to fix option files already.

Edit: Using the DpFileGenerator to update it to DLC1.02 and then generating the file.

I hope that fixes everything. Sorry it took a few hours to sort. Again, I did not realize it.
