Fully rebuilt database and options file with updated structures for Chinese and Thai League
Several fixes in the database structure

Several fixes in the forms (for example: Villarreal, Rayo Vallecano, Leganes, Fiorentina, RB Leipzig, Spal, …)
Rivalry added for some leagues
Several missing persons updated / corrected
New specific PTE Bootpack from Hawke and Paul81118
(including new classic shoes associated with classic team players)
HOW TO INSTALL :
1. You must install Datapack 5.0 : DOWNLOAD HERE and PTE Patch 3.1 : DOWNLOAD HERE
2. Remove ptepatch_upd4.cpk and ptepatch_upd4_1.cpk, if installed.
(these cpks are no longer needed and contain conflicting content)
3. Place ptepatch_upd5.cpk and ptepatch_upd5_boots.cpk in the download folder of PES2019.
4. Generate a new DpFileList.
5. Place the options file (EDIT00000000) in the Documents folder.
Documents \ KONAMI \ PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2019 \ … \ save).
