HOW TO INSTALL :
Copy “tattoos” to ProEvolutionSoccer2017/content/lcpk-roots
Edit “sider.ini”: add this string – ‘ cpk.root = “.\content\lcpk-roots\tattoos” ‘
Copy “id_list” into Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\save
Regenerate “tattoo_appearance_2017_edit” –> skin ID changer v1.1 by zlac is required
Replace EDIT00000000_encrypted to EDIT00000000
